Are You Ready For Heaven
Everybody wants to go to heaven but nobody wants to die. Death brings you face to face with heaven or hell. People fear death because they are not ready for heaven and they don’t want to go to hell.
There are 4 things a person must know and a prayer to pray to prepare you for heaven:
- All have sinned and come short of the glory of God. (Romans 3:23) We we born sinners.
- For the wages of sin is death. (Romans 6:23) Death is the pay you receive for sin. Death is separation from God.
- But God commended His love toward us in that while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us. (Romans 5:8) Although we were in sin God loved us so much that He sent Jesus to dis on the cross for us.
- For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved. (Romans 10:13) This is the step you need to take to prepare for heaven. Simply pray this prayer:
Dear Jesus, forgive me of all my sins and save my soul. I repent of all my sins and I ask you to come into my heart and be the Lord of my life. Take control of my life for I give myself to Thee. I believe that you died and shed your blood for me and that God raised you up from the dead so that I could have eternal life.
Thank you Lord for saving my soul. In Jesus name I pray. amen.
